These terms govern your use of W.I.N (West Indian Nation) at winnation.org.uk (the "Site"), operated by [registered business name], [registered address], company number [number] ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, creating an account, subscribing, ordering or donating, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 to buy a membership, place an order or donate. Keep your login details secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think it's been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used unlawfully.

2. Membership & subscriptions

• Plans and prices. W.I.N Member is billed at £9.99/month or £99.90/year. W.I.N Partner is billed at £29.99/month or £299.90/year. The price shown at checkout applies to your purchase. Prices include VAT where applicable.
• Automatic renewal. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, at the then-current price, until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel anytime from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't pro-rate part-periods.
• Digital content & your 14-day right. Membership gives immediate access to digital content. By subscribing and accessing that content straight away, you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel digital content once access has started. This does not affect your right to cancel future renewals.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails we may retry and will email you. If it remains unpaid, membership access may be suspended or ended.
• Price changes. We'll give you reasonable notice by email before any change to your recurring price; you can cancel before it takes effect.

3. Shop orders

• Orders are an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or mispriced) and will refund you.
• Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
• Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout. We don't store your card details.
• Your delivery, returns and statutory cancellation rights for physical goods are set out in Shipping & Returns.

4. Donations

Donations are voluntary and, unless stated otherwise, non-refundable. Recurring donations continue until you cancel them. If you set up a donation in error, contact us and we'll try to help.

5. Content & acceptable use

Articles, courses, archives and other paid content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, redistribute, resell or publicly share paid content without our permission. Anything you submit (comments, contributed histories) must be yours to share and must not be unlawful, infringing or offensive; you grant us a licence to host and display it on the Site. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

6. Availability & liability

We aim to keep the Site available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can't be limited by law. Subject to that, we're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one, dated above. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be notified by email.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
